What is the AMER time zone?
AMER is not a time zone. It's short for the Americas, a business region used alongside EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and APAC (Asia-Pacific). When a meeting or support shift says "AMER hours," it usually means US Eastern or Pacific business hours.
