Questions people ask

How does it pick the best meeting time?

It checks every half hour of the day you choose and ranks the times when the most people are inside their own working hours. Times when someone would be in the early morning or evening come next, and night-time for anyone ranks last. Weekends count as days off for everyone.

Does it handle daylight saving time?

Yes. Every time is worked out for the exact date you pick, using each city's own daylight saving rules, so a meeting in March or November shows the right times even in the weeks when the US and Europe change their clocks on different dates.

Can people work different hours?

Yes. Set each person's own start and end time. Night shifts work too: set a start later than the end, like 10 PM to 6 AM.
