Questions people ask
How do I add hours and minutes?
Add the minutes first. If they come to 60 or more, carry one hour for every 60. Then add the hours. For example, 2 h 45 min + 1 h 30 min = 3 h 75 min = 4 h 15 min.
How do I convert minutes to decimal hours?
Divide the minutes by 60. 45 minutes is 0.75 hours, so 7 hours 45 minutes is 7.75 hours, the number timesheets and payroll usually need.
What time will it be in 8 hours?
Use the second calculator: enter the current time and 8 hours. It also tells you if the result falls on the next day.
