Time boards: shareable world clocks, countdowns and meeting times

Build a board of labelled clocks, countdowns and notes, then share it with one link. Everyone sees the times in their own time zone, who is in working hours, and the fairest meeting times this week. Free, no sign-up, and nothing is uploaded.

What you can do with a time board

How the fair meeting finder works

For every half hour over the next seven days, the board works out each person's local time on that exact date, so daylight-saving changes are handled. Times between 11 PM and 7 AM are ruled out. Inside someone's working hours a slot scores highest near the middle of their day; outside them it scores lower the further it strays, and weekends count for less. The board then picks the slot where the worst-off person is best off, rather than the slot that is great for most people and terrible for one, and explains the trade-off in plain words.

Prefer to drag a slider? Try the time zone slider or the meeting planner. To send one fixed time to a group, use the event time announcer.

Private by design

Your board lives in the link: the part after the # never leaves your browser, so we never see your board, your team's names or your cities. If you share the link, anyone who has it can see the board.

Questions people ask

What is a time board?

A single page of labelled clocks, countdowns and notes that you can share with one link. Each clock shows the local time, date and whether that person is in working hours, and anyone who opens the link sees the countdowns in their own time zone.

How do I find the best meeting time across time zones?

Add a clock for each person with their working hours. The board scores every half hour of the next seven days and shows the three fairest times, keeping everyone out of 11 PM to 7 AM and giving the person with the worst slot the best deal possible.

Do I need an account?

No. The whole board is stored inside the link itself, so nothing is uploaded to a server. "Save to my boards" also keeps a copy in this browser.

Can I show a time board on a TV or projector?

Yes. Press Full screen and the clocks grow to fill the screen, which works well for offices, newsrooms, classrooms and stream overlays.

Does it handle daylight saving time?

Yes. Every clock uses the official time zone rules for its city, so offsets change automatically when clocks go forward or back, including on the future dates used for meeting suggestions.
