Event time announcer
Announce a webinar, livestream, launch or call once, and everyone sees it in their own time zone. One link, no sign-up.
Why use a link instead of listing time zones?
Writing “3 PM ET / 12 PM PT / 8 PM UK” leaves out most of the world and often gets daylight saving wrong around March and November. A link converts the time on each visitor's own device, for the exact date of the event, so nobody has to do time-zone math.
Planning a call with a few people instead? Try the meeting planner, or convert a single time with the time zone converter.
Questions people ask
How does the event time announcer work?
You enter your event's date and time in your own time zone and get a link. Anyone who opens the link sees the event in their local time automatically, with daylight saving time handled correctly for that date.
Do people need an account to open the link?
No. The link contains everything, so it opens for anyone, on any device, with no sign-up.
Can people add the event to their calendar?
Yes. The page has buttons for Google Calendar and for an .ics file that works with Apple Calendar and Outlook.
