Seasons in Nigeria
Nigeria lies in the tropics, so it doesn't have the four seasons of spring, summer, fall and winter. Temperatures stay warm all year and the calendar is shaped by wet and dry seasons instead, when monsoon or trade-wind rains come and go. Day length barely changes, so sunrise and sunset stay at about the same time year-round.
