Questions people ask

How do I keep a clock on top of other windows?

Open this page in Chrome, Edge or Safari and press Pop out the clock. The clock opens in a small Picture-in-Picture window that stays on top of every other window until you close it.

Does the floating clock work over full-screen apps?

Over most of them, yes, including video calls and slides. Some full-screen games use exclusive mode, which hides all other windows; switch the game to borderless or windowed mode.

Can I move and resize the floating clock?

Yes. Drag it anywhere on screen, and drag a corner to resize it. In Chrome and Edge the clock redraws to fit the new size.

Does the clock keep running if I switch tabs?

Yes. Keep the onlineclock.app tab open in the background; closing the tab closes the floating clock too.
