On a computer, go to Settings → Time zone, tick Show additional time zones and choose a secondary zone, and a third if you like. They appear side by side on the left of the calendar, which is handy for working with a team abroad. You can also turn on Show world clock under World clock in Settings.

Set a time zone for one event

  1. Create or open an event on a computer and choose More options (or Edit).
  2. Next to the event time, click Time zone, choose a location and click OK.
  3. For a flight that leaves in one zone and lands in another, tick Use separate start and end time zones.

Change the time zone of a whole calendar

Under My calendars, point to the calendar, click ⋮ More → Settings and sharing, then Time zone. Only the calendar's owner can change it.
