Presentation clock
A speaker timer that shows how much time is left in your talk, along with the current time. It turns amber when you reach the warning time and red when time is up, then counts overtime.
How to use it
- Choose Lasts and enter your slot length, or Ends at and the time your slot finishes.
- Set the warning (5 minutes by default) and press Start.
- Press Full screen and put the screen where you can see it, but your audience can't.
Running an event? Put one presentation clock on a stage monitor, and a world clock on another for remote speakers. For classroom activities, use the classroom timer.
Questions people ask
How do speakers keep track of time?
Most use a confidence monitor or a clock in their line of sight showing time remaining. Put this page full screen on a laptop or tablet facing the stage, or on a second monitor.
What happens when time runs out?
A bell sounds, the display turns red and starts counting overtime with a plus sign, so you know exactly how far over you are.
Can I set an exact end time?
Yes. Choose Ends at and enter the clock time your slot ends, or choose Lasts and enter the length in minutes.
