Questions people ask
What is a stage timer?
A big countdown the speaker can see from the stage. It turns from green to yellow to red as time runs out, then counts overtime, so the speaker knows when to wrap up without anyone interrupting.
How do I show the timer on a second screen?
Press Open speaker display. A clean window opens with just the timer and messages; drag it to the confidence monitor or projector and press F11 (or the full screen button) there. You keep the controls on your laptop, and both windows stay in sync.
Can I send a message to the speaker?
Yes. Type a message such as "Wrap up" or "Take questions" and press Show. It appears under the timer on every display until you clear it.
What are the keyboard shortcuts?
Space starts or pauses, R resets, the up and down arrows add or remove a minute, and F toggles full screen.
