Nap timer
Set a short nap and wake up with an alarm. 20 minutes is the classic power nap.
How long to nap
- 20 minutes: a power nap. Short enough that most people wake without grogginess.
- 90 minutes: about one full sleep cycle, for when you have the time.
- Naps of 30 to 60 minutes are more likely to leave you groggy, because you may wake from deep sleep.
Add 5 minutes to fall asleep. Turn the volume up and keep the page open, because a website can only make sound while its tab is open.
Press Space to start or pause, R to reset and F for full screen. Quick picks: 20 minutes · 30 minutes · 90 minutes · Alarm clock.
