North America time zones and current time

North America, including Central America and the Caribbean, stretches from UTC−10 in Hawaii to UTC−2 in Greenland's capital, Nuuk (a remote weather station in northeast Greenland even uses UTC+0), with Newfoundland on its own half-hour offset (UTC−3:30). The US and Canada change their clocks on the second Sunday in March and the first Sunday in November.

Mexico dropped daylight saving time in 2022 except in towns along the US border, and most Caribbean islands stay on Atlantic Standard Time (UTC−4) all year. Arizona (outside the Navajo Nation), Hawaii and most of Saskatchewan don't change their clocks either. See US time zones and Canada time zones for the details.
