CET – Central European Time

CET is UTC+1.

Central European Time is used in most of Europe in winter, including France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Sweden and Norway.

In summer, places on CET switch to CEST (Central European Summer Time, UTC+2). People often keep saying “CET” all year, but strictly it's only correct in the standard-time months.
