EET – Eastern European Time
EET is UTC+2.
Eastern European Time is used in Greece, Finland, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine and the Baltic states in winter, and Egypt outside its summer season.
In summer, places on EET switch to EEST (Eastern European Summer Time, UTC+3). People often keep saying “EET” all year, but strictly it's only correct in the standard-time months.
