Parking meter timer
Enter how long you paid for, or the time on your ticket, and press Start. You get an alarm and a notification a few minutes before the meter runs out, so you can get back or top up. Add a note of where you parked.

Make sure the reminder reaches you
- Allow notifications when your browser asks. You'll get the warning even when you're using another tab or app.
- Keep this tab open. Your timer and parking note are saved, so they're still there if you reload.
- On a phone, keep the volume up; some phones pause web pages in the background, so check the time when you can.
Many cities' parking apps can also extend a meter remotely. For other reminders, use the countdown timer or the alarm clock.
Questions people ask

Does the parking timer keep running if I close the tab?
The end time is saved, so reopening the page shows the right time left, but alarms only sound while the page is open.
