Sauna timer
Sessions of about 8 to 15 minutes at a time are typical, with a cool-down and a drink of water between rounds. Pick a session, press Start, and the timer tells you when to step out and when to go back in.

Questions people ask
How long should you stay in a sauna?
About 10 to 15 minutes per session is typical, and 5 to 10 minutes for beginners. Leave sooner if you feel unwell.
How many sauna rounds should I do?
Two or three rounds with a cool-down and water in between is common. Listen to your body and stop if you feel dizzy.
Is a steam room the same as a sauna?
No. A steam room is much more humid at a lower temperature, and it can feel hotter, so sessions are usually shorter.
